Who can live at Carter Keys?

Veterans, reentry citizens (returning from incarceration), seniors, and any local community member seeking independent housing. We welcome all backgrounds, but require respectful, responsible tenancy.

No. We do not provide any medical, nursing, or personal care services. Residents are fully independent and arrange their own healthcare if needed.

We are Shared and Private Rooms.

No pets are allowed. This includes dogs, cats, birds, and all other animals.
Service animals are permitted only as required by law. Emotional support animals are not accepted — contact management for full policy details.

Yes — but all visitors must be approved in advance by management.
Unannounced guests are not allowed to ensure safety and stability for all residents.

We are open 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

No, but we can connect you with trusted third-party providers.
You will contract with them directly — we do not manage or supervise these services.

Yes. We are located near Highland Park in Meridian, with access to nearby bus stops, grocery stores, and the VA clinic.
